6. Lift the rear edge of the top cover (1) until it disengages from the base enclosure, and then slide
the top cover (2) back until the TouchPad cable is accessible.
7. Release the ZIF connector (1) to which the TouchPad cable is connected, and then disconnect the
TouchPad cable from the system board (2).
8. Remove the top cover.
Reverse this procedure to install the top cover.
