Removal and Installation

Pick Assembly
(Not applicable to 10ps, 20ps, 30, 30n, 50ps)
Removal
Switch off the product and remove the power cable.
1. Remove the Cleanout Assembly ⇒ Page 7-31.
2. Remove the Center Cover ⇒ Page 7-7
3. Remove the Right End Cover ⇒ Page 7-9 .
4. Remove the Left End Cover
⇒ Page 7-11 .
5. Remove the Electronics Module ⇒ Page 7-18.
6. Remove the Power Supply Unit ⇒ Page 7-22.
7. Remove the Service Station ⇒ Page 7-24.
8. Remove the Encoder Strip ⇒ Page 7-28.
9. Remove the Ink Supply Tubes ⇒ Page 7-32.
10. Remove the Carriage Assembly ⇒ Page 7-35.
11. Remove 4 screws that secure the Hanger
Assembly on the left hand side of the
Printer.
12. Remove 1 screw that secures the Hanger
Assembly on the left hand side of the Printer.
