5. Disconnect the wireless antenna cables from the WLAN module (see WLAN module
on page 55) and the WWAN module (see WWAN module on page 56).
6. Remove the keyboard (see
Keyboard on page 61).
7. Remove the switch cover (see
Switch cover on page 65).
Remove the display assembly:
1. Close the computer.
2. Turn the computer upside down, with the rear panel toward you.
3. Remove the four Torx T8M2.5×8.0 screws (1) and the Phillips PM2.5×4.0 screw (2) that secure
the display assembly to the computer.
4. Disconnect the display panel cable (1) from the system board.
5. Disconnect the microphone cable (2) from the audio cable.
6. Release the display panel cable and microphone cable from the clips (3) built into the top cover.
7. Disconnect the webcam cable (1) (when applicable) from the system board.
8. Release the wireless antenna cables (2) from the opening in the system board.
