tcl_get_ugid
- Determines which uids and gids to use for the initial and
subsequent additions into the security registry.
SYNOPSIS
tcl_get_ugid (low_uid low_gid)
PARAMETERS
low_uid
Initial User ID (uid) to use.
low_gid
Initial Group ID (gid) to use.
RETURNS
low_uid:low_gid
A pair of numbers representing the low uid and low gid.
