NAME
tcl_settimezone
- Establishes a DCE timezone setting by creating a
localtime link if it does not yet exist. When the HPUX TZ system variable
contains a recognizable value, the localtime link is set to point to the
corresponding DCE timezone information file. If TZ is not correct, the
localtime link is set to point to GMT.
SYNOPSIS
tcl_settimezone ()
RETURNS
TCL_OK
Successfully created timezone link.
err_msg
An error was encountered.
