1 Remove the back cover. See Back cover.
2 Remove the print-cartridge fan. See
Print-cartridge fan (FN102).
3 Remove two screws (callout 1), and remove the fan shroud.

4 Remove eight screws (callout 2), and then rotate the rear sheet-metal shield away from the MFP.
