Step 9. Change the Language (optional)
Follow these steps to change the control
panel language from English to a
language of your choice.
1 Switch the printer off (O). Place the
Control Panel Overlay (translated to
your language) onto the control panel
and snap into place.
2 Hold down [Select] while switching
the printer on (I).
The message, CONFIG LANGUAGE, briefly
appears in the display. After completing a
self test the printer will display
LANG=ENGLISH.
3 Press [- Value +] to scroll through the
available display languages.
4 Press [Select] save your display
language as the new default. An
asterisk will appear in the right side
of the display.
5 Press [Go] to return to a READY
display message.
