Install a replacement fuser drive assembly
Use the following procedure to install a replacement fuser drive assembly or reinstall the original fuser
drive assembly.
1. Replacement fuser drive assembly: Before beginning, take note of the spacer (callout 1) on
the replacement fuser drive assembly.
Original fuser drive assembly: Proceed to the next step.
NOTE: The assembly shown in the figure below is the fuser gear assembly (a sub-component of
the fuser drive assembly). The location of the spacer (callout 1) is same for the fuser gear and fuser
drive assemblies.
