Clear jams from the duplexer
1. Remove tray 2 from the device.
2. Push the green button on the top right front of the tray 2 opening to access the duplex paper path.
3. Reach in and pull out the jammed paper.
4. Push the bottom of the duplex access plate back up until it clicks into place on both sides (both
sides need to be engaged).
