1. Remove Tray 1, and lift the jam access door
above the tray.
2. With both hands, grasp the paper, and carefully
pull it free from the product.
3. Open the rear door.
CAUTION: The fuser, located in the back of
the product, is hot. Wait for the fuser to cool
before continuing.
