Clear jams in the duplexer
1. Open the rear door.
CAUTION: The fuser, located in the back of the
product, is hot. Wait for the fuser to cool before
continuing.
2. If necessary, pull the guide (1) and remove any
visible paper (2) from the bottom of the delivery
area.
3. If necessary, remove any visible paper from
bottom side of the duplexing unit.
