Problem Cause Solution
The product does not pull media from
the input tray.
The product might be in manual-feed
mode.
At the computer, follow the onscreen
instructions to deactivate manual-feed
mode. Or, at the product, open and
close the print-cartridge door.
The pickup roller might be dirty or
damaged.

The paper-length adjustment control in
the input tray is set at a length that is
greater than the media size.
Set the paper-length adjustment control
