Product alerts and status messages
Depending on the type of printing-system software installation, there are several utilities that can be
used to configure product alerts and to view product status messages.

Whenever possible, use the appropriate supported utility to configure the product alerts and to view the

When the HP print cartridge is low or non HP cartridge installed

Use HP EWS to view product status messages (non-configurable).
