4. Open the scanner lid and gently loosen the media by using both hands. When the media is free,
gently pull it out in the direction shown.
5. Close the scanner lid, and then lower the roller assembly.
6. Close the ADF lid.
7. If any media is visible in the output bin area, gently pull it out.
