Remove the laptop battery as the initial step before proceeding with keyboard removal.
Identify and remove the five screws located on the bottom of the case that hold the keyboard cover.
Locate and remove the four additional screws that secure the keyboard itself.
Carefully pry up the keyboard cover, which is secured by plastic tabs after screw removal.
Lift the keyboard cover to reveal and remove the three screws holding the keyboard in place.
Flip the keyboard over to gain access to the keyboard cable's connector.
Carefully lift the black plastic tab on the connector to unlock and remove the keyboard cable.
Reverse the steps to install a new keyboard, ensuring proper cable connection and reassembly.
