Removal and replacement procedures
4. Release the ZIF connector 1 to which the TouchPad cable is attached, and then disconnect the TouchPad
cable 2 from the system board.
5. Lift the rear edge of the palm rest 3 until it detaches from the computer, and then swing the palm rest up and
forward until it rests upside down in front of the computer.
6. Disconnect the fingerprint reader board cable 1 from the system board.
7. Remove the palm rest 2.
Reverse this procedure to install the palm rest.
