Rack Kit
The HP ProLiant DL380 quick deploy rail system provides tool-free support for racks with square or round
mounting holes (including Compaq/HP 7000*, 9000, 10000 and HP series), with an adjustment
range of 24" - 36". The ambidextrous cable management arm can be mounted on either the left or right
side for improved cable management.
NOTE:
Cable management arm must be removed to access hot-plug power supplies when the cable
management arm is mounted on the right.

NOTE:
High Airflow Inserts (High Air Flow Rack Door Insert for the 7142 Rack (single) - PN: 327281-
B21; or High Air Flow Rack Door Insert for the 7142 Rack (6-pack) - PN: 327281-B22) are required to
support the HP ProLiant DL380 G5 in 7000 series racks. The DL380 G5 Cable Management Arm is not
supported on 7000 series racks.
Telco Rack Support
DL380 G5 Telco Rack Kit:
Support for all 2-post Telco racks requires the use of the standard rack kit and an additional option kit
