2. Slide the rail forward and remove it from the server.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to remove other rail.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
Power supply blank
Loosen the thumbscrew that secures the redundant power supply blank, and then
pull the blank from the back of the server.
Hot-plug power supply
WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not
disassemble the power supply or attempt to repair it. Replace it
only with the specified spare part.
CAUTION: Do not attempt to remove and replace a power
supply as a hot-plug procedure unless both bays are populated with
power supplies.
To remove the component:
1. Remove the power cord from the unit to be removed.
