Next, you will review the Setup menu.

You normally change Setup menu settings when you set up the HP PSC.
Any changes you make in the Setup menu automatically become the
default.
1 Press Setup.
The first submenu Print Report displays.
2 Press Setup repeatedly to view the other submenus.
The other submenus are: Speed Dial Setup, Basic Fax Setup,
Advanced Fax Setup, and Maintenance.
3 Press Setup.
4 Press 3, then press 6.
This selects the Basic Fax Setup menu, then selects the Ring and
Beep Volume menu.
The Ring and Beep Volume settings appear.
5 Press to select Soft, Loud or Off. Press the Enter button to save
this selection.
This volume setting is now permanent unless you go back and change
it.
