3 Press Enter.
4 Press until Send Only appears, then press Enter to select it.

1 Load your original on the glass.

page 22.
2 Press Scanner and then press Fax, if not already lit.
3 Enter the fax number using the keypad
4 Press Black or Color.
Pressing Black scans the fax to memory, then dials the number,
and sends the fax. Pressing Color dials the number, then sends
the fax.
5 When the scan is complete, the front panel prompts you to scan
another page. If scanning another page, place the next original
on the glass and press 1.

1 Load your original.

2 Press Scanner and then press Fax, if not already lit.
3 Enter the fax number using the keypad, or press Options until
Fax Mode appears.
4 Press until Speed Dials appear, then press Enter,
5 Press until the desired pre-set number appears.
Speed Dials will not appear unless you have set them up first.

another number on page 49.
6 Press Options repeatedly, until the option you want to change
appears.
7 Press to scroll through the setting options.When the setting you
want to use appears, press Enter to select the setting.

8 Press Black or Color.
send a color fax You can send and receive color faxes to and from other color fax
machines. If your HP PSC determines that the recipient has a black and
white fax unit, your HP PSC interrupts the send process and requests
that you resend the fax in black and white.
We recommend that you use only color originals for color faxing.
