This document describes the HPBS H2000 2000A Jump Starter, a portable device designed to jump-start 12V vehicles and charge electronic devices.

Function Description

The HPBS H2000 is a powerful and compact jump starter for vehicles. It provides a peak current of 2000A, making it suitable for jump-starting 12V gasoline engines up to 8.0L and diesel engines up to 6.5L. In addition to its primary function, it features a built-in LED flashlight with multiple modes (illumination, SOS, and flash) and two USB output ports for charging various electronic devices such as phones, tablets, and Bluetooth earphones. The device is designed for easy storage and transport, coming with a carrying case.

Usage Features

Getting Started: Before first use, ensure the jump starter is fully charged. To charge, connect the provided USB charging cable to the jump starter's USB-C input port and the other end to a USB charger or computer.

Turning On/Off:

• Turn On: Short press the power switch. The LCD screen will illuminate.
• Standby Mode: The device enters standby if there's no operation within 20 seconds to conserve energy.

Using the LED Flashlight:

1. Short press the power switch to turn on the device.
2. Long press the LED switch for more than 3 seconds to activate the light mode.
3. Short press the LED switch button to cycle through illumination, SOS, and flash modes.
4. Press the LED switch button more than 3 times to turn off the light mode.

Dual USB Outputs: The device features two smart USB outputs for fast charging of portable electronic devices:

• Output 1: 5V/2.4A
• Output 2: 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A

Jump Starting a Vehicle:

1. Ensure the jump starter is fully charged (battery capacity should be above 50%).
2. Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all electronic devices.
3. Connect the red clamp of the smart jumper cables to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
4. Connect the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery or a suitable vehicle ground.
5. Turn on the jump starter by pressing the power button.
6. Start the vehicle's engine.
7. Once the engine starts, disconnect the black clamp first, then the red clamp.
8. Turn off the jump starter.

Important Notes for Jump Starting:

• Use the original smart clip provided.
• Do not use the unit if any cable clamp or cord is damaged.
• Only start 12V vehicles; using it for other voltages can cause serious damage.
• Do not jump-start if the jump starter's battery capacity is lower than 50%.
• Do not connect the two clamps together when the starter is powered on, nor connect both cable clamps to the same piece of metal.
• If the engine doesn't start on the first try, disconnect the jump starter from the car battery, wait at least 20 seconds, and then reconnect. Maximize three attempts within two minutes.
• Disconnect the clamps within 30 seconds after the engine successfully starts.

Troubleshooting:

• If the jump starter doesn't start the vehicle, check clamp connections and ensure the unit is fully charged. Wait a few minutes and try again.
• If the jump starter isn't charging, verify the USB charger's function and the charging cable's secure connection.
• If issues persist, contact the After-sales Department.

Maintenance Features

General Maintenance:

• Keep the jump starter clean and dry.
• Store it in the provided carrying case when not in use.
• Keep away from heat, fire, and water.
• Charge the jump starter every three months if not in use to maintain battery health.
