Troubleshooting
If the jump starter does not start the vehicle, check that the clamps are
connected correctly and that the jump starter is fully charged. Wait a few
minutes and try again.
If the jump starter is not charging, check that the USB charger is functioning
and that the charging cable is connected securely.
If the jump starter still does not work, please contact our After-sales

Maintenance and Storage
Keep the jump starter clean and dry.
Store in the provided carrying case when not in use.
Keep away from heat, fire, and water.
Charge the jump starter every three months if not in use.
