Forno Series Installation
HOW TO DISASSEMBLE AND REASSEMBLE YOUR OVEN
(this method should be used when moving oven to a location that it cannot be rolled to)
You must use HPC Hybrid Oven’s transporting kit
1. Remove gas line from under hearth
3.Unscrew 4 pins from top of
oven. Make sure those pins are
replaced when oven is
reassembled when oven
4.Place wood in front of
pilot(to protect it), lift oven
and place board under
oven. Lower oven to board
carefully, secure it with
bungee cords
2. Remove 3 screws
from under cart
