Section 4d - Techlink Reporting for Resets and Installation Projects
Log In Screen
Once you launch the TechLink program, the login
screen shown right will display. Enter your (1) EID and
(2) password (last four of your social security number)
in the appropriate fields. Press the (3) Log In button to
continue.
Work Order List Screen
After you log in, the Work Order screen shown below
left will load and display a list of work orders assigned
to you. The work orders shown in the example are for
(4) resets.
From this screen, you can access additional information
about a work order by first tapping the area where the
work order is listed which will change the area to
yellow when it’s selected. Next, click the (5) View
option listed at the bottom of the screen.
The View options
provide a list of items
you can press and
access additional
information, such as
matrix codes, manifest
comments and store
address information.
