Project Questions
There are a number of different questions you may encounter when completing a project’s
report. Some of the more common ones you should expect to see are shown below.
The bottom menu of each question provides navigation choices to
proceed to the next question, return to the previous or quit the report
and exit. In the right corner is an icon that is used to access the
graphical keyboard interface.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CHANGING ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS
If you go back through multiple choice questions you have answered and decide to
change a response, then information entered from that question forward will be
deleted and need to be answered again.
Reports determine what questions are asked based on answers entered. With the
change of an answer, a new set of questions could be loaded for you to complete.

Select a “yes” or “no”
response to a question.
Select an answer from a
drop down list.
Enter a response in the (1) open
field and click the (2) “+” symbol
to add your entry to the list, or
select an entry and click the (3)
“x” button to remove it.
