TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Take the appliance to an authorized technical support service if
product is damaged or other problems arise.
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance yourself as
this may be dangerous.
If any anomaly is detected, check the following table:

Is the power plug
connected?
Water tank is full or not
well assembled?
Operation temperature
is too low or too high.
Connect the appliance
to the mains.
Pour away the water
from water tank and
place it back into the
unit.

The dehumidifying
function does not work
Is the filter blocked
Is the air inlet or outet
blocked?
Clean the filter
according to the
cleaning instruction.
Remove the obstruction
from the air inlet or
outlet.
No air outlet
Is the filter plugged?
Clean the filter screen
according to the
cleaning instruction.
Operation is noisy
Is the machine tilted or
unstable?
Is the air filter clogged
Place the unit on an
even, solid surface (to
avoid vibrations).
Clean the air filter as
per as instructions.

Coil sensor short
circuit or open circuit
Check whether the line
is loose or replace the
coil sensor.
