Cut the corresponding pagoda connectors using a utility knife, route the DC power cables
through the cable holes at the bottom, and connect the cables to the DC circuit breakers.
Installing Single-core DC Power Cables
When armored cables are used, it is recommended that the armored layers be connected to
ground points in other cabinets.
•
Tighten the nuts using the socket wrench with an extension rod. The length of the
extension rod is greater than 30 cm. Secure the screw assembly using an adjustable
wrench.
•
After connecting the DC power cables, ensure that the OT terminals are properly attached
to and aligned with the copper bar, and that the DC power cables point vertically
downwards.
•
Verify the torque promptly after connecting the negative DC power cables, and then
connect the positive DC power cables.
•
Pre-install bolts according to the recommended torque of 47 N·m.
•
Verify that the torque of the installed bolts is 47 N·m using a torque wrench.
•
Mark the bolts whose torque has been verified using a marker.
