A controller enclosure can be connected to application servers using front-end ports (8 Gbit/s, or 16 Gbit/s
Fibre Channel, 10GE, 10 Gbit/s FCoE, GE electrical, 10GE electrical, or 56 Gbit/s InfiniBand).
10GE electrical interface modules support GE/10GE auto-sensing.
