Functions
The E4XY provides four 10GE SFP+ optical interfaces to implement data access and line-speed
switching.
Applications
The E4XY can be inserted into the front card slot of the S5328C-SI, S5352C-S, S5328C-PWR-
SI, S5352C-PWR-SI, S5328C-EI, S5352C-EI, or S5328C-EI-24S.
The cost of a 10GE interface is higher than that of other interfaces, so it is used as an uplink
aggregation interface on high-bandwidth and high-speed Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs)
