Circuit analysis:
Y511-U00 uses the eMMC+DDR flash structure, the flash capacity of 4GB eMMC+512MB
DDR2, if the flash circuit is adverse, there will be not be able to boot failure.
Fault analysis and treatment process:
First, visual inspection, flash chip are obviously abnormal, whether the chip tilt, extrusion etc..
The multimeter is used to measure the flash power supply VDD18, VMEM are normal.
Normal, VDD18, VME should be 1.7-1.9V. The typical value is 1.8V.
If these are normal, may be flash chip body has a problem, need to replace the flash chip.
