注 3 / Note 3: “–” 表示受限物質的出現屬於豁免範圍。/“−” indicates that the occurrence of the
restricted substance falls under an exemption.
Huddly 同意按照《商檢法》第 49 條的規定與 BSMI 合作，如果需要核實
和 BSMI 要求，將在 28 個工作日內提供正確的相關文件。Huddly 還確保上述
聲明 - “限制物質含量存在的聲明” - 已通過測試和其他質量控制措施得到證實。
Huddly agree to cooperate with BSMI as Article 49 of the Commodity Inspection Act stipulates, and will
provide the correct and relevant documents, if needed for verication and on BSMIs request, and within 28
working days. Huddly also ensure that the declaration above – “Declaration of the presence of Restricted
Substance Content” – have been substantiated by means of testing and other quality control measures.
