Upload recordings
Once you’ve stopped your recording, turn o your
camera. In the Hudl Focus app Recordings tab,
tap Connect Flex to Wi-Fi to begin uploading.
Your recordings will then automatically upload
to Hudl.com. If your camera is connected to a
network while recording, it will upload during the
game or practice. If Wi-Fi connection is unstable,
connect Flex to a Wi-Fi router using the Ethernet
cable provided.
Check upload progress
Open the Focus app and tap Recordings to see
the status of your uploads.
Turn off and pack up the camera
Once you’ve stopped your recording, turn o your
camera by pressing the power button. When the
light on the front of the camera turns o, your
camera is powered down.
Charge your camera
To charge, plug your camera into an outlet using
the power cable provided. The lights on the back
of the camera will ash orange when charging.
We recommend charging for at least four hours
for a full charge. You’ll know the camera is fully
charged when all ve lights are orange on the
back of the camera, or by looking at the Camera
Status tab of the Focus app when the camera is
powered on.

The recording is ready to be uploaded to Hudl.com.
Tap Connect Flex to Wi-Fi in the Recordings
tab to begin uploading. Your recordings will

Paused
The recording upload has paused because the
camera is no longer connected to a network. Make
sure your device stays connected to a network to
ensure the upload isn’t interrupted.
Uploaded
The recording has successfully uploaded to Hudl.
com. All uploaded recordings are automatically
removed from the camera’s storage.

Error
Something went wrong uploading your recording.
Please try reconnecting your camera to Wi-Fi in
the Focus app, or to your Wi-Fi router using the
Ethernet cable provided. If that doesn’t work, tap
Camera Settings > Help > Call Hudl Support.
