Incorrect installation parameters entered.
If incorrect parameters were entered, the
modem could be installed in the wrong
downlink cell. Go to Modify Installation
Parameters under Advanced Configuration
and Statistics and use the Installation
Reference Sheet to make the appropriate
corrections.
SQF is between 0–29: Antenna not correctly
pointed.
Repoint the antenna to achieve the highest
SQF value.
SQF stuck at 30: Wrong carrier
Choose the correct carrier on the IDU LUI.
