CLOCK OPERATION
1. Register clock（0X61）

a. User must have authority to register clock.
b. Clock data: YY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS
c. Can date + clock total 12digital, also can just date total 6digital.
d. If just date, the clock default as 00: 00: 00 that day.
e. If register time, must 12digital.
f. When register date and time must valid, if not, register clock will fail.
2. Clock comparison（0X62）

a. User must have authority to operate the clock.
b. Clock comparison data: YY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS，maximum 12digital.

out the valid data for comparison.
