Troubleshooting and Support
1. Unit does not operate.
2. Conrm that the unit is plugged in.
3. Check the installation of the lter.
4. Unusual noise; popping, sizzling, etc.
5. Reset the air sanitizer. Unplug the unit for 1 minute, then
plug it back in.
6. Check the installation of the lter.
7. Check to see if the lter needs to be replaced.
8. Unit has reduced air ow or increased noise.
9. The lter may be excessively dirty. Replace the lter if needed.
