100 ‘IP65’ Sealed Weld Purge Monitor

has been
specically designed for the welding industry and provides a low
cost, high accuracy device for basic Weld Purge Monitoring.
The PurgEye
®
100 IP65 features include:
• IP65 Sealed standard accredited.
• Dustproof sealed rated to level 6 (dust tight).
• Waterproof sealed to level 5 (protected against water
jets).
• A newly developed user replaceable electrochemical sensor.
• A sturdy presentation case with swivel hinge design for safe
storage of the instrument.
• User calibrate button for both 20.9% and 0.1% levels of
oxygen and below.
• Quick connect/disconnect ‘leak tight’ purge line connections.
• One piece ‘leak tight’ stainless steel sampling probe and
hose connector.
• Rubber aspirator bulb (sampling pump).
• 2 x AA batteries (included).
• Tripod mount with various tripod models available as
accessories.
• Wrist/neck band mount together with auto break safety strap.
• Optional rubber protector for monitor housing.
• Range 20.94% ambient to 100 ppm with zero calibration
facility.
• Battery replacement indicator.
