Usage Features

Safety Information:

  • Always push the unit when moving, do not pull.
  • Engage brakes when stationary to prevent rolling.

  • Lock drawers before moving to prevent instability.

Extension Cord Use:

  • Follow all manufacturer warnings and operating instructions for the extension cord.
  • Do not insert the extension cord through the hole without the grommet.
  • Use only a three-wire extension cord with all three prongs intact; never remove the grounding prong.
  • Connect to a 125 Volt GFCI protected outlet; if unavailable, use an extension cord with built-in GFCI protection.
  • Inspect insulation and plugs before use; do not use if worn or damaged.
  • Do not overload the extension cord.
  • Remove the extension cord from the hole before moving or transporting the cabinet.
  • Use an extension cord rated for outdoor use.
  • Do not connect the extension cord to an outlet that supplies critical safety equipment.

Electrical Shock Hazard:

  • Do not plug the cord into an outlet with wet hands.
  • Do not use the cabinet near bathtubs, showers, or swimming pools.
  • Cabinet plugs must match the outlet; never modify the plug.
  • Do not use adapter plugs with grounded cabinet power strips.
  • Unmodified plugs and matching outlets reduce the risk of electric shock.
  • Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces.
  • Risk of electrical shock: The unit has one power supply cord. Unplug the cord before servicing or cleaning.

Cordless Power Tool Battery Chargers:

  • Refer to the charger's owner's manual for proper use and care.
  • Place chargers and electrical connections inside the cabinet.
  • Chargers are for dry locations only; do not expose to liquid, vapor, or rain. Unplug the extension cord from the supply before handling wet chargers or cords.
  • Use only intact and properly operating chargers and batteries.
  • Do not touch metal prongs when plugging the charger into the extension cord.
  • Keep flammable materials away from the charger, cords, or connections.
  • Do not place or attempt to charge lead-acid or car-type batteries in the storage cabinet.

Assembly:

  • Two people are recommended for assembly.
  • Attaching the Cabinet Handle: Position the handle over the holes on the cabinet, attach with M6 x 16 bolts (AA), and tighten with the supplied hex key (BB). The holes are tapped and do not require nuts.
  • Attaching the Bottle Opener: Position the bottle opener over the holes on the cabinet, attach with M6 x 16 bolts (AA), and tighten with the supplied hex key (BB). Do not overtighten the bolts.
  • Attaching the Storage Hook: Position the storage hook over the holes on the cabinet, attach with M6 x 16 bolts (AA), and tighten with the supplied hex key (BB). Repeat this process at the back side of the cabinet.

Operation:

  • Removing Drawers: Fully extend the empty drawer. Push up one release lever while pulling down the other, then pull the drawer outward until it releases from the slide.
  • Re-inserting Drawers: Extend the drawer slides. Insert the brackets on each side of the drawer into the slots, ensuring proper positioning. Close the drawer completely to set the slides.
  • Power Cords: Follow all electrical safety precautions. Do not forcefully pull on power cords to avoid damaging the power strip and causing injury.

Maintenance Features

  • Caster Maintenance: Grease the casters annually using high-quality bearing grease.
  • Drawer Maintenance: Lubricate the slides semi-annually with high-quality bearing grease.
  • Cleaning: Periodically clean drawer fronts, drawer trim, and other surfaces with a mild detergent and water. Remove grease and oil with a standard nonflammable cleaning fluid.

Warranty

The manufacturer provides a five (5) year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is exclusive to the original consumer. The manufacturer's sole obligation is to repair or replace the product at its discretion, provided the product has not been damaged by misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alteration, neglect, or mishandling. The warranty does not cover improper installation, setup, or use not in accordance with instructions, nor failures due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, faulty installation, or other non-material/workmanship related failures. The finish on any portion of the product (e.g., surface and/or weathering) is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered. The manufacturer disclaims any other express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for consequential or incidental loss or damage, including labor/expense costs for replacement or repair.
