The Husky 72 in. 15-Drawer Mobile Work Bench is a storage cabinet designed for home improvement needs, providing organized storage and a mobile workspace. It features multiple drawers for tools and equipment, a power cord for electrical needs, and casters for mobility.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Store SKU #: 1003000787
  • Internet SKU #: 10029222686
  • Model #: H72MWC15R
  • Maximum weight per (cabinet drawer): 120 lbs.
  • Maximum load capacity: 2500 lbs.
  • Power Supply: This unit has one power supply cord.
  • Extension Cord Requirements: Must be a three-wire extension cord with all three prongs intact, connected to a 125 Volt GFCI protected outlet with proper ground (or an extension cord with built-in GFCI protection). Rated for outdoor use.
  • FCC Compliance: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules, meaning it is subject to two conditions: (1) it may not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. It has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device.

Usage Features:

  • Mobility: Equipped with casters for easy movement. Brakes should be used when the product is stationary to prevent rolling.
  • Drawer System: Features 15 drawers for storage. Drawers can be removed and re-inserted. They must be completely closed for the lock bars to work properly.
  • Power Integration: Includes a power cord and is designed to accommodate cordless power tool battery chargers. Chargers and electrical connections should be placed inside the cabinet.
  • Safety Information:
    • Movement: Push, do not pull, when moving. Secure properly with a forklift if needed. Do not tow with power equipment. Lock drawers before moving.
    • Stability: Keep on level surfaces to prevent tipping. Do not stand on the product. Be careful when opening more than one drawer as it may cause instability.
    • Electrical Safety: Follow all extension cord manufacturer warnings. Do not insert extension cords through holes without grommets. Do not use worn or damaged cords. Do not overload extension cords. Remove extension cord before moving the cabinet. Do not connect to outlets supplying critical safety equipment. Do not plug in with wet hands. Do not use near water sources (bathtub, shower, swimming pool). Cabinet plugs must match outlets and should not be modified. Avoid adapter plugs with grounded cabinet power strips. Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces.
    • Charger Use: Refer to the charger's owner's manual. Use in dry locations only; do not expose to liquid, vapor, or rain. Unplug if wet. Only use intact and properly operating chargers and batteries. Do not touch metal prongs when plugging in. Keep flammable materials away from chargers. Do not place or charge lead acid/car type batteries in the cabinet.
    • Modifications: Do not alter the product in any manner (e.g., welding external lock bars, attaching electrical equipment). Mounting this product to a vehicle or mobile trailer will void the warranty and may cause personal injury or product damage.
  • Assembly: Requires two people for assembly. Involves attaching cabinet handles, a bottle opener, and storage hooks using provided bolts and a hex key. The power cord needs to be untied from inside a drawer and its plug pulled through a grommet.
  • Rubber Grommet Usage: When passing cords into the box, ensure the cord enters from the rear. After the cord head is in place, pull back 2-3 inches to ensure weather-resistant "star bursts" face outward. Do not push the cord from inside the box to expose mating plug points.

Maintenance Features:

  • Caster Maintenance: Grease the casters annually using high-quality bearing grease.
  • Drawer Maintenance: Lubricate the slides semi-annually with high-quality bearing grease.
  • Cleaning: Periodically clean drawer fronts, drawer trim, and other surfaces with a mild detergent and water.
  • Protection: Auto wax can be applied to preserve the luster finish and protect against scratches.
  • Grease/Oil Removal: Remove grease and oil with a standard nonflammable cleaning fluid.
