To prevent the needle thread from breaking on your Husqvarna Viking Sewing Machine, ensure the needle is correctly inserted and is system 130/705 H, suitable for the fabric and thread you're using. Replace the needle if it's bent or blunt. Rethread the machine completely. Use the correct needle size for the thread. Use high-quality thread. Attach the correct spool cap and try a different spool pin position. If the needle plate hole is damaged, replace it.
