100-Hour Service
1. Perform the 25-hour service.
2. Perform the 50-hour service.
3. Change engine oil.
4. Check whether the hydraulic oil needs changing
(every 300 hours).
5. Check whether the engine oil filter needs changing
(every 200 hours).
6. Clean/replace the spark plugs.
7. Replace the fuel filter.
8. Clean the cooling fins on the engine and transmission.
9. Check V-belts.
10. Check tighten caster wheel axle bolts (every 200 hours).
11. Clean and check the need to change the air filter’s
paper cartridge (every 200 hours).
12. Clean fins of oil cooler (Kohler).
13. Replace main air filter cartride (200h).
