How to fix a Husqvarna LTA18538 Lawn Mower that will not start?
    • M
      Mason CooperAug 20, 2025
If your Husqvarna Lawn Mower won't start, several factors could be the cause. First, check if the fuel tank is empty and fill it if necessary. If the engine isn't choked properly, refer to the 'TO START ENGINE' section in the Operation section. If the engine is flooded, wait a few minutes before trying again. Other potential issues include a bad spark plug (replace it), a dirty air filter (clean or replace it), a dirty fuel filter (replace it), or water in the fuel (empty the tank and carburetor, refill with fresh gasoline, and replace the fuel filter). Also, check for loose or damaged wiring. If none of these steps work, the engine valves may be out of adjustment, and you should contact an authorized service center.

How to fix an uneven cut with my Husqvarna LTA18538?
    • T
      Tiffany HollandAug 22, 2025
An uneven cut with your Husqvarna Lawn Mower can be due to a worn, bent, or loose blade; replace the blade and tighten the blade bolt. Check if the mower deck is level and level it if needed. Remove any buildup of grass, leaves, or trash under the mower. Also, a bent blade mandrel can cause an uneven cut, so replace the blade mandrel. Finally, make sure clogged mower deck vent holes are cleaned of grass, leaves, and trash around the mandrels.

What to do if my Husqvarna Lawn Mower engine will not turn over?
    • M
      Matthew WashingtonAug 28, 2025
If your Husqvarna Lawn Mower engine won't turn over, make sure the brake pedal is depressed. Also, ensure the attachment clutch is disengaged. A weak or dead battery can prevent the engine from turning over, so recharge or replace the battery. Check for a blown fuse and replace it if necessary. Corroded battery terminals can also be the culprit, so clean them. Inspect for loose or damaged wiring. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the ignition switch, solenoid, or starter might be faulty and need to be checked or replaced. If the problem persists, the operator presence switch(es) may be faulty, and you should contact an authorized service center.

    • D
      David MccartySep 1, 2025

Additionally, check for loose or damaged wiring. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the engine valves may be out of adjustment, and you should contact an authorized service center.

    • T
      Tamara HernandezSep 12, 2025
If the headlights on your Husqvarna Lawn Mower aren't working, first check if the switch is 'OFF' and turn it 'ON'. The bulbs or lamps might be burned out, so replace them. If that's not the issue, the light switch might be faulty and need to be checked or replaced. Also, check the wiring and connections for any looseness or damage. Finally, check for a blown fuse and replace it if necessary.
