1. Remove the 2 screws and remove the lamp cover.
2. Disconnect the cables from the broken lamp.
3. Carefully push in the lock mechanism and tilt the
lamp to remove it from the brackets.
4. Put the new lamp in the lower slot on the lamp
housing. Use the type of lamp as given in
Technical
data on page 31
.
5. Push the lamp into the lock mechanism.
6. Put the lower end of the lamp cover into the slots on
the steering column.
7. Connect the cables to the new lamp.
8. Attach the lamp cover and tighten the screws.
To charge the battery
• Charge the battery if it is too weak to start the
engine.
• Use a standard battery charger.
CAUTION:
Do not use a boost
charger or start booster. That will cause
damage to the electrical system of the
product.
• Always disconnect the charger before starting the
engine.
To do an emergency start of the engine
If the battery is too weak to start the engine, you can use
jumper cables to do an emergency start. This product
has a 12 V system with negative ground. The product
