Why does my Husqvarna TC 85 19/16 2020 engine overheat?
- LlhughesAug 7, 2025
Several factors can cause a Husqvarna Motorcycle engine to overheat. It could be due to too little coolant in the cooling system, which requires checking for leaks and the coolant level. Insufficient air stream, necessitating switching off the engine when standing. Very dirty radiator fins, which should be cleaned. Foam formation in the cooling system, which requires draining and refilling the coolant. A damaged cylinder head or cylinder head gasket, which needs inspection. A bent radiator hose, which should be replaced. Or an incorrect ignition point due to a loose stator, which requires adjusting the ignition.
