Water pump
The water pump (A) of the water system is used to
decrease the quantity of dust and keep the blade cool.
CAUTION: Do not run the water pump
dry.
• The water pump may only be used together with the
products in this manual.
• The water pump must be used in accordance with
the directions in this manual.
To do a check of the water pump
1. Fill the frame with water. Refer to
To fill the frame
with water on page 11
.
2. Push the ON button on the product to engage the
water pump.
Safety instructions for maintenance
• Use personal protective equipment. Refer to
Personal protective equipment on page 7
.
• Only do the maintenance given in this operator's
manual. Let an approved service agent do all other
servicing.
• Clean the product to remove dangerous material
before you do the maintenance.
• Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
• Do not use water to clean the motor and electric
parts.
• Before you do the maintenance, push the OFF
button and disconnect the power plug.
• Replace damaged, worn or broken parts.
• Always use original accessories and spare parts.
Accessories and spare parts that are not approved
by the manufacturer, can cause serious injury or
death.
• Let an approved service agent do servicing on the
product regularly.
• If the maintenance is not done correctly and
regularly, the risk of injury and damage to the
product increases.
• Do the maintenance to make sure that the product
operates correctly. Refer to

Assembly
Introduction
WARNING: Read and understand the
safety chapter before you assemble the
product.
To assemble the product
1. Put the conveyor cart (A) onto the frame (B).
2. Make sure that the wheels of the conveyor cart
moves freely along the sides of the frame.
To install the cutting blade
WARNING: Disconnect the power plug
from the power supply.
CAUTION: The locknut of the blade is
counterclockwaise thread.
