  Your Husqvarna Lawn Mower engine might fail to start due to several reasons. The drive of the blades may be engaged. Alternatively, the steering controls might not be locked in the parking brake position. A weak battery, dirt in the carburetor or fuel line, a closed fuel supply shut-off valve, a clogged fuel filter or line, or a damaged ignition system could also be the cause.
