NOTES:
1. Initial engine oil change is after 5 hours of operation. Thereafter, change oil after every 40 hours operation. Change more often under dusty or
dirty conditions and during hot weather periods. Hustler
®
Engine Oil is recommended.
2. Torque initially and after first 2 hours of operation.
3. Change engine oil filter per the engine manufacturer’s recommendations. Refer to Engine Owner’s Manual for recommendations and other
maintenance items.
4. Service more often under dusty or dirty conditions. Use caution when servicing to prevent dust contamination in the engine. Do not clean filter
element. Replace with a new one.
5. Transmission drive belt only - Inspect every month and replace if worn or cracking is noticed. Otherwise, replace every 2 years.
6. Check fuel system for any cracks or leaks including, but not limited to, fuel line, fuel tank, cap, and fittings. Replace as needed.
7. More often under dusty or dirty conditions and during hot weather.
8. Refer to engine owner’s manual for engine service information.
9. Any maintenance operation that requires the removal of safety covers must be performed by a trained service technician.
* After completing maintenance cycle (100 hours), repeat cycle.
