Why is my Hydra-Flex AQUA-LAB AX Dispenser pump operating but not delivering water?
    • M
      Marissa WilsonAug 16, 2025
Your Hydra-Flex Dispenser pump might be running but not pumping water due to several reasons. There may be an inlet restriction, so check all in-line filters and inlet plumbing. Ensure a positive pressure is maintained by checking the pressure on the inlet side, and replace any undersized piping with larger piping. Also, make sure all connections are tight to prevent leaks on the inlet side. Other potential causes include worn or defective pump parts (replace them or the entire pump, cleaning parts if needed), the pump not being primed (refer to priming instructions), or incorrect motor rotation (reverse by interchanging any two leads).

What to do if Hydra-Flex AQUA-LAB AX Dispenser pump won’t start or run at full speed?
    • B
      Brendan FisherSep 12, 2025
If your Hydra-Flex Dispenser pump isn't starting or running at full speed, the issue could stem from a blown fuse or circuit breaker (replace fuses or close the circuit breaker). A defective motor starter contactor (replace it) or incorrect motor voltage (must be within 10% of the motor's rated voltage) could also be to blame. In some cases, the motor itself may be defective (replace it), or pump components may be damaged (replace the worn part or the entire pump).

Why is my Hydra-Flex Dispenser injector not drawing chemical, despite passing the vacuum pressure check test?
    • A
      Amy HardinAug 22, 2025
If your Hydra-Flex Dispenser injector passes the vacuum pressure check but still isn't drawing chemicals, the chemical feed might be clogged. Inspect the chemical hose, foot valve, metering tip, and hose barb for any debris or clogs.

What to do if my Hydra-Flex AQUA-LAB AX Dispenser system won’t regulate up to 200 psi?
    • N
      Natalie GutierrezAug 26, 2025
If your Hydra-Flex Dispenser system isn't regulating up to 200 psi, there might be debris in the regulator (remove and clean it out). Also, the system is limited to opening up to 8 valves at once. Other possible causes include the pump not being primed (follow priming instructions), or a defective check valve (replace if broken), regulator (replace it), or pump (replace it).

How to fix excessive noise from Hydra-Flex Dispenser pump?
    • R
      Robert GallowayAug 28, 2025
Excessive noise from your Hydra-Flex Dispenser pump can be due to a few reasons. Ensure the pump is securely mounted. A restricted inlet can also cause noise, so clean or correct any restrictions. If you hear sounds like marbles inside the pump (cavitation), try increasing the inlet size.

Why is my Hydra-Flex AQUA-LAB AX injector not drawing chemical and failing the vacuum pressure check test?
    • U
      urodriguezAug 31, 2025
If your Hydra-Flex Dispenser injector fails the vacuum pressure check and isn't drawing chemicals, it could be due to several factors. There might be too much back pressure on the injector. A clogged injector check valve could also be the reason, so blow compressed air through the chemical hose barb to remove debris. Another possibility is a clogged injector nozzle; remove the injector and blow out any debris with compressed air. Finally, the injector itself may be defective; replace it if the vacuum check fails but the back pressure is less than 66 psi.

What causes low flow at the arch of my Hydra-Flex AQUA-LAB AX?
    • D
      Danielle CarterSep 3, 2025
Low flow at the arch of your Hydra-Flex Dispenser could be due to an incorrect injector flow rate selection (replace with desired injector size) or the system pressure being too low (ensure it's set at 200 psi).

Why is there no flow from my Hydra-Flex AQUA-LAB AX Dispenser injector?
    • J
      John BakerSep 6, 2025
If there's no flow from your Hydra-Flex Dispenser injector, the issue might be a malfunctioning solenoid valve (ensure it's receiving the correct electrical signal and voltage). Alternatively, the injector could be clogged (remove it and blow out debris with compressed air), or there might be no water supply (check that the system has a water supply).

What causes Hydra-Flex Dispenser pump leaks?
    • A
      Amy WeissSep 9, 2025
Hydra-Flex Dispenser pump leaks can stem from worn mechanical seals (replace the shaft seal) or worn o-ring seals (replace them).

What to do if the Hydra-Flex Dispenser valve is stuck open?
    • T
      Tommy BerrySep 12, 2025
If your Hydra-Flex Dispenser valve remains open even when the signal is off, it's likely due to debris in the valve seat. Remove and clean the valve.
