The HydroMassage Lounge delivers a heated massage using water jets without the user getting wet. Users lie on a waterproof cover sheet while water jets move along the body, providing a full-body, deep tissue, and effleurage massage. Maintenance Features:
- Weekly Maintenance:
- Reboot the HydroMassage unit.
- Clean the waterproof cover sheet.
- Every 3 Months Maintenance:
- Add Defoamacide to maintain consistent water pressure and cleanliness. The amount depends on usage (2 teaspoons for <30 massages/day, 3 teaspoons for >30 massages/day).
- Check and tighten touchscreen pivot screws.
- Every 12 Months Maintenance:
- Drain and clean the lounge.
- Replace distilled water (20 gallons) and add Defoamacide.
- Replace the rubber barrier.
- Remove and wash the filter for the internal cooling system intake (if applicable) every 3-6 months as needed.
- Troubleshooting:
- If pressure fluctuates, add Defoamacide.
- Reboot the lounge at least once per week to resolve minor software issues.
- Technical support is available for assistance with cooling system issues or other technical questions.
- Safety Considerations:
- Regular inspection for water leakage under the lounge and cooling unit.
- Always disconnect power before draining water or performing service/inspection.
- Lift equipment by the metal frame, not the plastic tank, to prevent cracking.
- Ensure proper electrical grounding and do not modify the provided plug.
- Do not operate in freezing conditions without completely draining the tank, pump, radiator, or chiller.
- Adequate room ventilation (500 CFM) is recommended for temperature control.
- External Cooling Systems require specific air space (at least 2000 cubic feet if not vented) and should not have exhaust directed towards the lounge.
- Important: Do not operate HydroMassage products before securing the External Temperature Control Unit to the Unistrut channel.
- Ensure the ETCU is level both front-to-back and left-to-right.
- Pay attention to airflow direction labels on the ETCU to ensure exhaust blows toward the most open space, requiring at least two feet of unobstructed airflow on each side.
Installation Requirements:
