Once the installation of equipment is completed itcan be configuredto individual requirements
The BASIC Oxymatic
- Two ways to commence:
1. Flow Position (Auto)
2. Manual position (Handling staff)
5.1. Automatic position (flow position)
In this position the BASIC Oxymatic automatically works due to the fact it uses a Flow Switch (flow sensor),
which serves to start the computer when the main pump works by detecting the flow rate. The BASIC Oxymatic is
operated together with all its functions (oxidation, ionization / peroxide / chlorine and pH. The hours of
operation of BASIC Oxymatic depends on the hours you have scheduled
on the main pool pump.
a) Oxidation: This function works each time, depending on the programming of ionization or peroxide. It is
recommended that oxidation always performs at 100% thus ensuring better performance and maintenance
of
Titanium electrodes. If the oxidation is below 100%, it is recommended to add sea salt (table salt) to the pool to
increase the conductivity of the water and raise the amperage. This way it reduces the voltage of the electrodes
of titanium.
b) Ionization / Peroxide / Chloride: This function starts at the end of each hour of operation, even after
oxidation. It is recommended to maintain the level of copper in the pool between (0.4 and 0.7ppm).
The BASIC Oxymatic and comes factory programmed with the following program
ION (copper) = 4 minutes per hour PER (peroxide) = 1 minute per hour
5.2. Manual position
This option allows you to program the ionization (Cu), the peroxide, the oxidation and / or calibrate the pH of
the pool.
a) Programming Ionization (Cu) or peroxide (PER):
1. Press the MODE
2. Turn the computer OFF
3. Disconnect the computer Oxymatic BASIC from the electrical outlet (110-220v)
4. Remove the 4 screws from the top of Oxymatic BASIC.
5. Lift the lid with caution not to pull the cables
6. Locating pin switch 8 which is located at the top left (see figure).
7. To reset the ionisation, peroxide or chlorine, just manipulate the pins 4, 5, 6 OFF (-) to ON in accordance with
the table shown below:
