I am hearing crackling or popping noises in audio with heavy bass when using the USB
dongle for my Cloud II headset. This does not occur when using the 3.5mm connection
only. How do I resolve this?
Please update your USB dongle's firmware.
The volume adjustment on the USB control box for my Cloud II headset is either low or
high. There is very little mid range volume. How do I resolve this?
Please update your USB dongle's firmware.
Why is the version number for the firmware available for download lower that the
firmware that is already on my Cloud II USB dongle, yet it is not compatible with PS4?
The firmware version available for download is a special firmware version only to make
the USB dongle work with PS4. The production firmware versions are separate for this
and do not allow for PS4 compatibility.
